UK Mainland Orders

FREE DELIVERY for the UK is available for orders over £30 to mainland addresses. We aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days.  We can deliver to an alternative address to your billing address.

International Orders

Please note that all duty and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.  We aim to deliver in Europe within 2-5 working days (excluding weekends).  We aim to deliver in the USA in 2-5  working days (Excluding weekends).  Orders for the rest of the world vary by country.   We cannot accept responsibility for delays or non delivery caused by courier delays, issues with the address provide for delivery or non delivery due to a recipent not being available at the address.

All Worldwide(outside of the EU and main land USA) countries have a certain personal gift allowance where gifts under or to a certain value are allowed in tax free, also some countries have restrictions on the type of goods which can be delivered into the country.  As such we would strongly suggest that you investigate on the internet what these regulations and allowances may be prior to placing your order as these vary widely depending on which worldwide country (EU countries do not incur import duties or additional taxes, only those countries outside of the EU and Mainland USA) as we are not liable for the payment of any import/export duties or taxes, or any costs if goods are impounded by the Authorities of the country to which you are sending, payment of those duties/taxes are yours’ or the recipients responsibility and we are also not responsible for any return costs for goods which cannot be delivered due to customs regulations in the shipping destination territory.

What is the return/exchange policy? offers products and services of the highest standards. Items purchased from must be returned to can only accept refunds, returns & exchanges for unopened items purchased from and returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of product and with the original sales receipt. Refunds are credited to the original payment only.

1. We do NOT cover shipping costs for general returns (excludes returns for defective or incorrect product)
2. We cannot accept responsibility for products not delivered due to customs regulations or limits in the country of destination, outside of the EU or USA.  In this event we will accept goods back but the customer will be responsible for all shipping and related costs.
2. Exchanges offered only for products of equal or lesser value.

3. Defective or incorrect product.  If the wrong product and/or defective product was received, please email  or call us on +44 (0)203 8580478 to request a return label and the shipping costs for the return will be at no cost to yourself.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at or by calling us on +44 (0)203 8580478

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.


Refunds generally take 7-10 business days from our receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
