USA Mainland Orders

FREE DELIVERY for the USA is available for orders over $50 to mainland addresses. We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days. Please allow an extra 5 days for receipt if payment is made by cheque in pounds sterling (to allow for clearance before your order will be dispatched). We can deliver to an alternative address to your billing address.

International Orders

Please note that all duty and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

What is the return/exchange policy? offers products and services of the highest standards. Items purchased from must be returned to can only accept refunds, returns & exchanges for unopened items purchased from and returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of product and with the original sales receipt. Refunds are credited to the original payment only.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at or by calling us on +44 (0)203 8580478

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.


Refunds generally take 7-10 business days from our receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
