USA Mainland Orders
FREE DELIVERY for the USA is available for orders over $50 to mainland addresses. We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days. Please allow an extra 5 days for receipt if payment is made by cheque in pounds sterling (to allow for clearance before your order will be dispatched). We can deliver to an alternative address to your billing address.
Please note that all duty and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is the return/exchange policy?

1. We do NOT cover shipping costs for general returns (excludes returns for defective or incorrect product)
2. Exchanges offered only for products of equal or lesser value.
3. Defective or incorrect product. If the wrong product and/or defective product was received, please email email@example.com or call us on +44 (0)203 8580478 to request a return label and the shipping costs for the return will be at no cost to yourself.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
Refunds generally take 7-10 business days from our receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
