A Apply a 1-2 walnut sized amount to the ends & mid-lengths (avoid the roots). Comb through for even distribution. Leave on for atleast 30 seconds before thoroughly rinsing off.

A Apply 1-2 walnut sized amounts to lengths & ends of damp, unwashed hair. Leave for 10 minutes, rinse thoroughly & shampoo twice. Follow with conditioner if required.
